Users of the platform planframe.com can enjoy the flexibility of connecting to their account from as many devices as they wish, simultaneously, using the same email address for authentication. Therefore, there is no limit to the number of devices you can use to access your account.

Each paid subscription provides full access for a single user.

On the platform planframe.com, each subscription allows the user to add and manage a single company. In the event that this company operates in multiple locations, such as branch offices or different work sites, but all under the same identification code, it is not necessary to set up separate accounts for each location. Thus, you can centralize and simplify the management of your company's activities in one place.

When we talk about the 'number of documents' included in your subscription, we are referring to the total number of documents you can issue/save in a calendar month. This total includes various types of documents such as invoices, proforma invoices, quotes, receipts, notices, etc. For example, if you issue an invoice and for this you also generate a receipt, these are counted as two separate documents. Similarly, transforming a proforma invoice into a fiscal invoice or issuing an invoice based on a notice are considered actions that generate distinct documents, thereby contributing to the total number of documents allowed under your subscription.

Our eInvoice service is not limited to generating a simple XML file according to the UBL standard; we commit to closely collaborating with tax authorities to ensure complete integration with official electronic invoicing systems. This means that our users can not only generate, but also upload and download invoices directly from government platforms. To upgrade from a freemium subscription to a premium one, all you need to do is access your account and select the desired premium package. The upgrade will become active immediately after we process the payment. If you wish to switch from a premium subscription to the freemium version, you can do so at any time by simply canceling your current subscription. We will refund the unused value within 14 days, in accordance with our refund policy.

It's important to remember that, when you downgrade from a premium subscription to a freemium one, your access to some data or premium services will be limited. We recommend downloading any essential data before making this change, to ensure you do not lose important information.
