If you encounter difficulties accessing the eInvoice menu, there are several possible reasons that could explain this issue:
Limited availability: eInvoice is available exclusively for companies registered in Romania. If your organization is not registered in this jurisdiction, this could be the reason why you don't have access to the service.
Subscription restrictions: Access to eInvoice is only provided to subscribers of premium packages. If you don't have such a subscription, this could be the reason why the eInvoice menu is not available.
SPV Connectivity: To use eInvoice, it's necessary to be connected to the Virtual Private Space (SPV) through our application. Make sure you've logged in using the appropriate digital certificate through our platform.
Expired digital certificate: Another common reason for eInvoice unavailability is the expiration of the digital certificate. If this is the case, you'll need to reconnect to the SPV with a valid digital certificate.
If none of these solutions resolve the issue, we recommend contacting our technical support for further assistance.

The difficulties in connecting to the SPV through the PlanFrame platform can have various causes, with the main factors being the absence of a digital certificate or the existing certificate not being enrolled in the SPV. Here are the steps you need to follow to resolve this issue:
If you don't have a digital certificate with an electronic signature:
1. Obtaining the certificate and token: ein.Initially, you need to request a digital certificate along with a corresponding token.
2. Registering the certificate with ANAF: After receiving the certificate and token, the next step is to register the certificate with the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF).

b. Fill out the form with your personal information.
c. Electronically sign the document using the obtained digital certificate.
d. Send the electronically signed document to the entity that issued your digital certificate to be signed by them as well.
e. Once you receive the signed document back, you need to register in the SPV by accessing the link: click here.
If the certificate is not enrolled in the SPV:
Make sure you have followed all the steps above for registering and signing the certificate. If you already have the certificate but it is not recognized by the SPV, you may need to directly contact the certificate provider for additional assistance or verify the enrollment status of the certificate in the SPV system.

Check if the error persists: If, after these adjustments, you encounter the error again, it's recommended to review the invoice details once more or contact technical support for further assistance.
By following these steps, you will be able to identify and resolve the issue preventing the correct generation of the XML file, facilitating the completion of the process without errors.

Yes, according to Romanian legislation, it is mandatory to download the zip files associated with electronic invoices. These files contain the digital signature issued by the Ministry of Finance, an essential element that validates the electronic invoice.
